Enclosure
Started marking off the location of the individual components. The goal is to have two binding post sets for 12V supply, one 5V set and a 12V automotive accessory socket. A few LEDs to show the status of each rail and a power indicator. Because the components protrude deep into the enclosure, I took my time making sure there’s no issues with internal clearance.
Holes all cut out. I used a progressive drill bit to drill out the holes for the LEDs and binding posts. I used a dremel to enlarge the wire hole to fit the accessory socket.
Binding posts installed. Yellow posts for 12V and Red for 5V just like the standard rails.
